Get to know each member of Supreme Living
Angela Rinaldo
Angela joins the team at Supreme Living with a Master’s Degree in Corrections and a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences.
She has over 40 years of experience working in human services, residential programming, and education, and has held several top-level management positions including Deputy Secretary of the Kansas Department of Corrections and CEO for Allvest Inc. Angela is committed to furthering the mission of Supreme Living by ensuring that every facility operates with the utmost attention to detail, and that staff and residents alike are treated with respect and dignity.
Mike Baird
Mike Baird is an American real estate investor, entrepreneur, and public speaker from Poway California.
Baird began his entrepreneurial career after earning a bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University Marriott School of Business in 2002. Shortly after graduating he developed an interest in Utah’s thriving real estate market. Since 2002 Baird has bought and sold over $18,000,000 dollars’ worth of real estate and has been featured in USA Today, The Wall Street Journal, and Yahoo Finance.
In 2015 founded The Smarter Real Estate Tribe, a community dedicated to educating and assisting people interested in learning about real estate.
Jake Herigstad
Born and raised in Washington state, Jake grew up in a construction family, having watched his dad own and operate a residential construction company throughout his childhood.
After high school, Jake joined the United States Marine Corps, serving 8 years with an honorable discharge. Later, Jake joined the Kirkland PD where he spent several years as a Police Officer for the community.
In 2016, with the support of his wife, Jake retired from the police department to pursue what would become a successful career in real estate, giving him the opportunity to follow his dreams of being an entrepreneur and business owner. Jake attributes his success to his wife Candice and their two children Kameron and Brielle.
Nolan Rogge
In his capacity as Development Director for Supreme Living he is charged with
identifying properties for program development. In that position he has helped foster a company vision and provided direction for the future.
Nolan is also the co-owner of a towing company in Las Vegas, Nevada, and serves as its president. In addition, he is a co-owner of a trucking company in Wyoming, and serves on the board of advisors for that company.
It was on his Grandparents farm that Nolan learned to understand the importance of hard work and dedication. Nolan attended Junior College in California before transferring to Eastern Washington University to pursue a degree in Construction Management.
Brenda Rogge
Brenda comes to Supreme Living with a bachelor’s degree in human services, and 11-years' experience working in human service/mental health/addiction programs.
Most recently she worked as an Intake Coordinator/Discharge Planner for Smokey Point Behavioral Hospital. During her tenure with Smokey Point Behavioral Hospital she gained valuable experience integrating behavioral health clients back into their communities. Brenda is committed to creating a community atmosphere in our facility and helping our residents to feel a sense of belonging.
Brenda also serves as the staff trainer for Therapeutic Options. Brenda enjoys golfing and water sports.
Alyssa Arley
Alyssa Arley is the Chief Operating Officer of Supreme Living Washington. Alyssa comes to Supreme Living with over 25 years of experience working in, and with, Assisted Living Facilities and Adult Family Homes throughout Washington State. As a prior Adult Family Home operator and Executive Director of a Memory Care and Mental Health Unit, she owned and operated the first community-based facility to successfully manage referrals from Washington State Hospitals discharging to community based residential settings. In 2014 Alyssa became a full-time consultant assisting other AFH owners to develop a business model to create facilities to accommodate clients needing a greater support system. The establishment of Supreme Living is a lifelong dream for Alyssa.
Dr. Jennifer Hurst
Dr. Hurst is the Chief Program Officer at Supreme Living, where she brings a diverse and impressive background in education, counseling, and mental health. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training, a Master’s degree in Kinesiology, a Master’s in Rehabilitation Counseling, and an Ed.D. in Sport and Exercise Psychology. Dr. Hurst’s passion for supporting others on their life journey drives her approach to client care, which is grounded in collaboration and a person-centered philosophy. She is dedicated to empowering individuals to work towards becoming their best selves, offering guidance and support every step of the way.
Since joining Supreme Living in September 2021, Dr. Hurst has made significant contributions, leveraging her 18 years of experience in higher education, including tenured teaching roles at colleges and universities. She was deeply involved in mental health initiatives aimed at supporting college students during her academic career. After relocating to Washington State, Dr. Hurst worked as a clinician at an Evaluation & Treatment Center, providing care to individuals under involuntary commitment. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA), she serves as the primary instructor for training and educational services.
Ryan Heinselman
Ryan joined the team at Supreme Living as the Kitchen Manager after years of working in restaurants as a trained chef. He quickly gained the attention of management and rose to the position of Building Manager. While many of the functions of this position were new to Ryan, his background in Auto Mechanics and general labor provided him with a backdrop for assuming this role. Upon the opening of Olympia 2, and the resumption of construction in Tacoma Ryan's title was reconfigured to Building Superintendent. In this role, Ryan oversees the day to day management of all facility operations including food services, janitorial services, and supplies acquisition. He also manages Supreme Living's fleet of vehicles, and monitors leased office space. Ryan, also is the chairman for all safety committees. Ryan is a member of the Executive Leadership Team and provides day-to-day consultation and support to the executive team on all building related matters.
Dr. Jenna Romero
Dr. Romero serves as a Program Administrator at Supreme Living, bringing extensive expertise in healthcare leadership and patient care. She holds a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine, a bachelor’s degree in psychology, a postgraduate degree in Clinical Neuropsychology, and an Associate degree in Medical Sciences.
Following her medical training, Dr. Romero spent two years in primary care, focusing on comprehensive mental health care for patients of all ages. With over 18 years of experience in healthcare, she has worked in both direct patient care and leadership roles, serving in acute and long-term care settings, as well as in pain management and addiction treatment.
Dr. Romero is deeply committed to advocating for vulnerable populations and enhancing their quality of life through compassionate, patient-centered care. She is dedicated to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment at Supreme Living, where individuals receive the resources and care they need to thrive.
Georgia Zimnisky
Georgia came to Supreme Living with over 20 years in Skilled Nursing mostly in Human
Resources. In 2023, she made the switch to Psychiatric Facilities where she found her
forever home. Georgia loves and wholeheartedly believes in the work that Supreme
Living does and the difference that it makes in People's Lives. She loves the staff and
believes that the role of Human Resources is to support those that support the most
vulnerable.
Georgia is a champion for individual growth and development and aspires to being the
best. “Our role is to guide staff and directors to support them in their goals along the
way. I totally believe in helping staff achieve their goals and develop them in their career
paths along the way. I look forward to our growth and success as well as our
challenges. I am here for the long haul, and whatever that means that we must go
through to get there. I appreciate the support and love to give that same grace that I
have been given to others”.
